Qadirpur Gas Plant is one of the biggest Gas treatment plants in the country with Natural Gas processing capacity of 500 MMSCFD and1200bbl.water&1000bbl.condensate. It is based on the state of the art Separex Membrane System for the removal of CO2 & H2S from feed Gas. I worked in the following areas as trainee:

Working Experience as an Auditor & Consultant:  Prepare Audit Check List According to Company Process and Standard Requirements  Prepare Audit Plan and Communicate to the Company.  Organize Audit team for Audit and distribute their Responsibilities According to Standard Requirements.  Perform Audits on Different Standards i.e. ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 & OHSAS18001.  Compile Final Audit Report and send to Certification Body.  Establish, implement and maintain the Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO-9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Standards.  To ensures that the system always complies with the requirements of standards in the company. Also responsible for reporting the top Management about the System.  Prepare and distribute Agenda for the management review meeting. Document minutes of the meeting.  Review the non-conformity report.  Plan internal audit.  Internal Audit training.  Awareness training’s about ISO standards.
Roles & Responsibilities as a Project Engineer:  Acting as the deputy to the Project Manager and providing back-up for the Project Manager as required.  Completing all assigned tasks as delegated by the PM.  Coordination of internal and external engineering activities.  Ensure technical requirements defined in the contract are properly incorporated in the engineering deliverables.  Manage and facilitates communication across the engineering functions to ensure that the project objectives and needs are met.  Coordinates Internal and External Design Reviews.  Support the Cost Control and Forecasting activities in the engineering disciplines.  Monitor the execution of the quality assurance program for conformance to project requirements.  Coordination and of internal and external claims and technical issues.  Support Construction by attending site on a regular basis to ease the flow of and resolution of field RFI’s.  Review and provide input on P&IDs.  Conduct weekly engineering project meetings.
